Booking conditions

We encourage you to book your seat at least two weeks before your preferred date. No refunds are offered for cancellations, but you are welcome to rebook your class more than 48 hours in advance.

Workshops require a minimum of 2 participants. If your selected date does not meet this minimum, your booking will be moved to the next date and no further. If both dates are unable to go ahead, you will receive a refund in full. We aim to inform participants of any schedule changes at least 48 hours in advance. We thank you for your understanding.

Coconut Wax

We only use pure coconut wax for our candles. No wax produces a completely soot-free burn, but coconut wax is among one of the cleanest burning options. Coconuts are a high-yield and renewable crop, which doesn’t require any pesticide or fertiliser to grow. The process of extracting coconut wax from coconuts also doesn’t use synthetic or petroleum-based chemicals.

Organic Essential Oils

To scent our coconut wax candles, we use only organic essential oils. Unlike synthetic fragrances, organic essential oils can break down when they return to the ground. It’s kinder to our homes and health, and kinder to our planet too.

Packaging

We seek to keep our packaging in circulation as much as possible. If you’re unable to keep our materials for personal use, we’d love it if you returned them to us. We collect used jars and packaging at our monthly pop-ups, and will use them to pack future orders.
